Two men are under arrest this morning in relation to a deadly shooting at a barbershop in the Somerset Section of Franklin Township in November.

Police say Todd C. Smith, 30, of Edison, and Tayyab A. Ware, 30, Augusta, Georgia have been charged in connection with the shooting death of Denny Sanchez, 34 of Franklin Township.

Police arrested Smith at a shopping area in Clark on Dec. 22. Authorities say he had a firearm at the time he was arrested.

Both men were charged with first degree murder, first degree robbery, and second degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
