Anyone traveling near Route 35 in Holmdel on Thursday may have spotted a zombie or two.

But there is no need to be alarmed. It was only a film crew filming the latest spinoff of AMC’s “The Walking Dead.”

The crew was out near the Holmdel Motor Inn for the series.

The spinoff is titled “Isle of the Dead” and stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan and Lauren Cohan as Maggie.

The show is scheduled to premiere sometime in 2023.
