Many baseball fans who camped outside Yankee Stadium for days, hoping to get tickets for the World Series opener, came away empty-handed Wednesday morning.
"Only true Yankees fans stand out here all night to get tickets," says Ray Moldanado, who waited outside the stadium in the rain overnight.
Some fans, however, walked away angry and disappointed after finding out that all of the tickets for game one have been sold out.
New York Yankees management has yet to provide any explanation regarding the ticket situation.
The Bombers are scheduled to take on the Philadelphia Phillies at 7:57 p.m.
