Workers unions reach agreement with state to lower health care cost increase

A coalition of New Jersey unions announced that it has reached an agreement with the state to lower public workers’ health care costs.

A coalition of New Jersey unions announced that it has reached an agreement with the state to lower public workers’ health care costs.
Those costs will now only increase by 3%. They were expected to increase 12%-24%.
The expected increase led to a large protest outside the New Jersey State House on Tuesday.
