A 37-year-old woman from Sewell died after jumping out of a moving ambulance on I-295 in Burlington County earlier this month, according to New Jersey State Police.
The incident occurred on the northbound side of the highway.
Police have not released the woman's name, nor have they disclosed why she jumped or the reason she required ambulance transport.
The incident remains under investigation.
