Rain could change over to snow in parts of the Garden State tonight.
A winter weather advisory is in effect from 10 p.m. Wednesday - 4 a.m. Thursday for Sussex and Warren counties. A flood warning is also in effect for Sussex and Warren counties until late Wednesday night.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says rain is expected to change to snow overnight and accumulations of 3-5 inches of snow are possible in northwest New Jersey, especially in the higher elevations.
Curren says a flood watch is in effect for most of the day in central and northern New Jersey. A wind advisory is in effect for southern coastal counties that could bring northwest winds with gusts to near 50 mph.
