A wildfire broke out in Pompton Lakes on Saturday.
Dry conditions contributed to the fire.
The New Jersey Forest Fire Service worked for hours trying to control the flames that were said to be spread out over 100 acres.
As of Saturday night, the wildfire was 50% contained.
Five empty industrial structures were threatened but no homes were ordered to evacuate, or road closures were in effect as of Saturday night.
