The grading system consists of Brian giving each beach a point for things it has that most other beaches don't have. He’s grading them by beaches and other stuff -- zero to five in each category for a total best possible score of 10.

New Jersey's got 130 miles of great beaches, but there are a few things that set Belmar Beach apart.
