Atlantic City is Brian Donohue's next stop on his rate and rank tour of New Jersey's best beaches. Brian is hitting the top 10 shore towns to give his 100% correct opinions.

The grading system consists of Brian giving each beach a point for things it has that most other beaches don't have. He’s grading them by beaches and other stuff -- zero to five in each category for a total best possible score of 10.

New Jersey's got 130 miles of great beaches, but there's a few things that set Atlantic City apart.

Donohue ranked Atlantic City's beaches a 3.5 out of a possible 5, and Atlantic City's attractions a 2 out of 5 - a total rating of 5.5. The rating is by far the lowest that Donohue has given a New Jersey beach community so far in his series.
