Ingredients:
Pizza Dough 24 oz
Pizza Sauce 12 oz
Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 8 oz
Pecorino Romano 1 oz
Basil (Torn) ½ oz
Pepperoni (Sliced) 4 oz
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Stretch and pat the dough (with oiled hands) into a 12-inch greased pizza pan or roll dough to fit pan.
Top the dough with sauce, mozzarella, pecorino and pepperoni.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crusts are browned and cheese is bubbly. For best results, rotate pizza pan between top and bottom oven racks halfway through baking.
Garnish with more pecorino and torn basil.
