Chef Giovanni Ruggerrio of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make Jalapeño Popper Dip.

INGREDIENTS:

2lbs. cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar.
1 cup crumbled bacon.
½ cup sliced scallions
½ cup chopped pickled jalapeño.
12 slices pickled jalapeño.

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a bowl add the cream cheese and whip until smooth.
2. Add the chopped jalapeno.
3. Add crumbled bacon reserving a ¼ cup for later.
4. Add the scallions reserving ¼ cup for later.
5. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated well.
6. Place contents of the bowl into an oven safe container.
7. Top with the shredded cheddar, a ¼ cup crumbled bacon and the jalapeno slices.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and garnish with a ¼ cup of scallions.
