Chef Vinny Olivieri, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make a corned beef reuben.

INGREDIENTS:

½ lb. Corned Beef (thinly sliced)
¼ lb. Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
½ cup Sauerkraut
2 tbs. Mustard
2 tbs. Russian Dressing
2 tbs. Butter
1 each Seedless hero

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place bread on a flat surface and proceed to shave the top and bottom of the bread with a knife making sure only to cut off a very thin layer. Then proceed to cut the bread in half lengthwise.
2. Coat one side of the bread with mustard and the other with Russian dressing and set aside.
3. In a sauté pan, melt butter on low heat.
4. Once butter is melted, place both sides of the bread in the pan dry side down.
5. Build the sandwich by placing the Swiss cheese on both sides of the bread.
6. Place all the corned beef on one portion of the bread.
7. Place the sauerkraut on top of the corned beef and top with the other side of the bread making sure that the Swiss is touching the sauerkraut and press down on the sandwich.
8. Once the bottom of the sandwich is golden brown, flip and toast the other side until golden brown.
9. Remove the sandwich from the pan and cut it in thirds.
