There was a strange sight to see in Ocean County where a cow had some serious beef with a local homeowner.

Stafford Township Police Officer Pascale was called out to Hilliard Avenue on Wednesday for reports that a cow was loose and was attacking a home.

Pascale found the cow attacking the home’s mailbox.

Pascale was quite amused by the situation.

When dispatch said that animal control would be on its way, Pascale replied, “OK. She’s just busy assaulting a mailbox right now.”

It was not clear where the cow came from or what it had against the mailbox.
