Democratic candidate for lieutenant governor and state Sen. Loretta Weinberg went on the offensive Wednesday over Chris Christie?s failure to properly disclose a $46,000 loan to a subordinate.
Christie has apologized and describes the failure to report the loan on financial disclosure forms or federal tax returns as an ?oversight.? Weinberg is calling on Christie to immediately end the financial agreement and wants an investigation launched.
?Maybe he thinks it was perfectly fine,? she says. ?But he didn?t think it was perfectly fine when he went after other people who didn?t put things on their disclosure.?
