More heavy rain is expected to hit parts of New Jersey.
Heavy rain has already caused some flooding in parts of New Jersey, particularly in Monmouth County. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says the dry ground conditions were not able to absorb the heavy rain, which led to the flooding.
Friday is expected to be mostly sunny after morning clouds dissipate. Temperatures should reach the low 80s. Friday evening may cool into the high 60s.
Saturday should see a mixture of sun and clouds with rain showers expected late in the day. Temperature could reach 80 degrees.
Sunday should be a mostly cloudy day with scattered rain showers. Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-70s.
