A water main break caused some traffic problems Thursday morning on Route 17 in Paramus.

Authorities had closed the right and center lane northbound lanes between Century Road and Midland Avenue as well as the ramp to the Garden State Parkway while repairs were made.

It is unclear how many customers were affected by the break.
