Crews in Passaic County are responding to a water main break on the US 46 Westbound ramp from CR 640/Riverview Dr. in Totowa.
The ramp is closed.
The water flowed out onto the Home Depot parking lot, and since it's 18 degrees that froze over.
A section of the parking lot is a sheet of ice as crews work to make the repairs.
