Some residents are experiencing low or no water pressure early Wednesday as crews repaired a water main break in Cranford.
American Water crews began working on Roger Avenue shortly after 2 a.m. and finished up work by 6 a.m.
Homes in the area may see discolored or cloudy water. Officials said residents should run cold water at the lowest level of their home if discoloration appears.
For cloudy water, they advised running water at the highest level. The condition should clear within three to five minutes.
There is no word on a boil water advisory at this time.
