Water main break repaired after streets flooded in Scotch Plains neighborhood

The break was located at the corner of Muir Terrace and Redwood Road. There are two police crews monitoring the water.

A water main break in a Scotch Plains neighborhood was repaired after it caused a significant amount of flooding on Friday.
The break was located at the corner of Muir Terrace and Redwood Road.
The water main break filled up the four-way street.
News 12 has reached out to police for information this morning on what took place, and when this may have started - no word yet on the impact for water customers this morning.
