The video shows her signaling for help at the police window. Sgt. Josh Jennsen waives for assistance, while fellow Sgt. Charlie Kelly runs out the door and is first to reach her. He wraps his arms around her, gives a series of thrusts -- disrupting the food caught in her throat.
Brick police say they are trained for life saving maneuvers like these, and this is proof it can happen to anyone, anywhere -- even right outside headquarters.
