It is Election Day and if Monmouth County is any indication, it could be a record-setting vote across the state.

Monmouth County's Clerk says Monmouth has led the way in early in-person voting with almost 130,000 voters hitting the polls during the nine-day early voting period—more voters than in any other county in New Jersey.

News 12's Tony Caputo is live in Freehold where voters were lining up at some locations. To avoid delays, remember to head to your designated polling location.

Voters consistently have been turning up at the Freehold Township Independent Fire House No. 1 this morning, according to Caputo.
