Voorhees man sentenced to 15 years in prison for crash that killed young mother

A Voorhees man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a crash that killed a young mother in Hamilton.

Stephen Sirch, 32, pleaded guilty earlier this year to aggravated manslaughter.

Karina Castillo, 29, died at the scene of the crash two years ago on the Black Horse Pike.

Sirch was driving about 100 mph and was under the influence of fentanyl and other drugs at the time of the crash, prosecutors said.

Castillo is survived by her spouse and a baby.

PRISON SENTENCE

A Voorhees man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a crash that killed a 29-year-old mother.
