Volunteers knit hats for newborns to raise awareness about heart defects

A group of women were at the Ocean County Library knitting hats for newborn babies Thursday.
The hats are part of a program through the American Heart Association.
Red hats are knitted for the babies to raise awareness about congenital heart defects in newborns.
These women and this program are making New Jersey proud.
