Volunteer firefighter hailed a hero following May fire

<p>Seaside Heights firefighter Patrick Duffy not only rescued tenants from his own apartment complex during a fire,&nbsp;he&nbsp;also&nbsp;then returned to the scene to fight the same fire on May 25.</p>
