Police say the man threatened to shoot a worker at the Chicken Holiday restaurant on South Orange Avenue Saturday, after an argument over the suspect coming in without a mask.
He returned later with a cinderblock, according to officials. He threw the block at the store's window as he walked away, then ran.
The incident was captured on camera.
Police are asking anyone with information to call the anonymous tip line at 1-877-695-8477.
