Some veterans in Bergen County are looking for answers after a flagpole in front of their VFW hall was cut down.
The incident happened in Paramus Tuesday night. It is just one in a series of incidents to happen at the hall lately. The VFW was tagged with graffiti and thieves have also stolen flower pots.
"Disheartening, absolutely disheartening. We're upset because we keep getting hit with some vandalism along the road,” says veteran Rich Lambert.
Lambert says that he suspects teenagers are to blame. Paramus police are investigating.
