A group of enthusiastic remote-control car racers have made a massive holiday donation to the Toms River Field of Dreams.

The Jersey RC Racing Promotions group typically provides classes and organizes races at tracks and hobby shops across the state.

Recently, they banded together to raise $10,000 to donate to the popular adaptive sports complex.

Organizers say they hope the money will make the differently-abled sports facility even better, and are currently raising money for their next charitable endeavor: free meals for those in need.
