The United States Postal Service canceled mail delivery for northern New Jersey on Monday as a blizzard impacts the state.
Post offices in North Jersey closed at noon because of the dangerous conditions. Postal officials say that the offices will resume regular hours of operation as soon as it is deemed safe.
The northern New Jersey district includes towns with ZIP codes that begin with 070, 071, 072, 073, 074, 075, 076, 078, 079, 088, and 089.
