A 3‑month‑old kitten with an unusual number of toes has found a new home after being adopted from a local animal shelter.
The kitten, named Toes, has 24 toes, compared with the usual 18 most cats have.
Shelter officials say while it is uncommon, some cats are born with extra toes.
Toes was adopted from the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter.
The shelter said the kitten has now found his forever home.
