Officials say the winning Powerball ticket sold in New Jersey was purchased at the Little Silver Family Pharmacy in Monmouth County.
New Jersey Lottery spokeswoman Judy Drucker says no one has yet come forward to claim the ticket.
Wednesday's estimated jackpot is worth $70 million as an annuity. But the ticket purchased was a cash-value ticket worth a $41.5 million lump sum payout.
The Little Silver Family Pharmacy owner Matt Parisi tells News 12 New Jersey he couldn't believe it when he got an email with the news.
The odds of winning are one in 175 million. The winning numbers were 32-43-53-55-56 and the Powerball was 6.
The pharmacy also sold another multimillion-dollar lottery ticket 20 years ago.
