Uber provided passengers with more than just a ride on Thursday.
The car service's New Jersey branch teamed up with local animal shelters to allow customers to spend time with kittens on National Cat Day.
For $30, Uber users could request 15 minutes with the adoptable kittens.
Proceeds from the event will support animal shelters.
