Toms River police say two people are wanted for allegedly attacking a store employee after they were asked to wear their masks properly.
They say a woman who works inside the Ocean County Mall saw a man and a woman enter her store with their masks hanging around their necks.
After the employee told the two people to wear their masks properly, she says the man started yelling. He then allegedly picked up a belt off a rack and snapped it at the worker, hitting her with it.
The victim says as the pair left the store, the woman turned and spit at her.
The case is still under investigation.
