Ticketmaster is rolling out a new system it says will make business harder for independent ticket brokers to resell tickets.
The company is offering paperless tickets for the upcoming Miley Cyrus tours. Concertgoers must bring the credit card they purchased seats with rather than turn in physical tickets for entry.
Ticket brokers say the policy will make things more inconvenient for those who use the secondary ticket market, but people News 12 New Jersey spoke with support the new approach.
"If they want to go about it that way to keep it under control I agree with it," says Ellie Grimes, of Trenton.
