(AP) - A teenage driver has been charged with aggravated manslaughter in connection with a crash that killed a 17-year-old girl and injured two other passengers.
State police say the boy also faces several other charges stemming from the May 11 crash in Fredon, including death by auto and assault by auto. His name has not been released due to his age.
Alexis Faye was a passenger in a car that was traveling on Greendale Road in Fredon when it left the roadway. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The teen driver and two other passengers - a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy - all suffered serious undisclosed injuries. They were treated at hospitals.
