The second accused gunmen in the shootout that sent a 4-year-old girl to the hospital has turned himself in.
Curtis Daniels, 32, contacted his attorney, Sebastian Bio, after Newark police released his name and picture. Mayor Cory Booker also held a press conference Friday asking for the public's help in finding him.
According to Bio, Daniels was never on the run and the press conference was unnecessary. The other alleged shooter, Rasheed Nelson, was arrested within hours of the incident.
