According to a recent survey, the Bronx is ranked No. 1 in complaints about No. 2.
In a survey conducted by amNewYork, the Bronx had the most 311 complaints of all the boroughs about unpleasant encounters with dog poop.
The Department of Sanitation says it issued 140 summonses so far in the 2014 fiscal year, the most in the city.
Dog owners could face a $250 fine if they do not pick up after their pooch.
