A powerful storm wreaked havoc across Jersey City Tuesday night.The storm downed trees, knocked down power lines and cut power for some residents.Crews say they can't restore power until a downed tree is removed, but had to wait for neighbors to move their cars off the street first. It was a close call for some firefighters as a live wire fell to the ground just 10 feet in front of them.
