One person is dead following a shooting in Manalapan Saturday night, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Police were called around 9:34 p.m. regarding a fight at 25 Fawn Run.

Several minutes later, authorities say police received a call for a confirmed shooting victim.

Officials say 43-year-old Narisco Rodriguez was found with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Neighbors say police arrested two suspects, a man and a woman, that evening. But that information has not been confirmed by police.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing. They say they believe it was an "isolated incident" and that there is no danger to the public.
