The man accused of slamming his car into a gas station in Wayne, killing three people, has been ordered to remain in jail until his trial.

Jason Vanderee, 29, faces multiple charges, including aggravated manslaughter and death by auto.
According to police, Vanderee was high last Tuesday when he drove his car into a Delta Gas Station on Route 23, killing gas station attendant Lovedeep Fatra , 23, and a father and son, Jon Warbeck, 50, and Luke Warbeck, 17. They had been waiting in their car.
Vanderee allegedly overdosed on opioids, causing him to lose control of his vehicle and sending it crashing into the gas station.
Court records show Vanderee has a long history of drug-related offenses. He had previously lost his license for driving recklessly while under the influence of drugs.
