Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is required to check himself into prison by Tuesday to begin his eight-month sentence for federal tax evasion.
Sorrentino, 36, has been indulging in a few of his favorite things, including Funfetti cake and Chick-fil-A, before turning himself in.
The Jersey Shore star has also been spending time with his wife Lauren, 34.
The two were married back in November.
Sorrentino was sentenced to eight months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of tax evasion and admitted concealing his income in 2011 by making cash deposits in amounts that wouldn't trigger federal reporting requirements.
A federal judge had sentenced the star shortly after his brother, Marc Sorrentino, received a two-year sentence on a similar charge.
