Thanksgiving rain moves out, dry holiday weekend expected

After a wet, dreary Thursday morning, the rain has moved out of New Jersey and sunshine has returned in time for Thanksgiving dinner.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says that the cold front has also moved offshore, bringing unseasonably warm weather to the Garden State. Thursday afternoon highs were in the mid-60s.
Clear skies are expected overnight, heading into Friday. Friday will remain dry with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
Powers says that the weekend will also be mostly sunny and dry with mild temperatures in the mid-50s.
Rain is expected to return by Monday.
