12h agoA state trooper will not face criminal charges for a crash that killed a man on an e-bike last year.
Sgt. Kesene Grier was turning onto Willow Grove Street in Hackettstown in an unmarked state police SUV during the early morning incident.
The victim, 59-year-old Raul Diaz, flipped off his e-bike after slamming on the brakes and hit the SUV.
A grand jury declined to pursue any criminal charges against Grier following the collision.
