State police say a tanker truck carrying fuel flipped over on an exit ramp as it got off of Route 24 in Hanover.
Police say the call came in at around 9 a.m. The truck was attempting to get onto I-287 when it overturned as it went around the ramp's turn.
Some fuel has spilled onto the roadway.
The driver, who was not identified, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Morristown Hospital.
Authorities had to shut down the area while crews worked to cleanup fuel from the scene.
Police say they are not worried about the fuel igniting any fires.
