A state grand jury charged a Montclair student for convincing children to send him explicit videos of themselves in 2021.
The jury believes 21-year-old Keyon Luff used fake social media accounts to contact at least three children between the ages of 14 and 16. After obtaining the explicit videos, he would later upload the content online.
Luff is currently being held at the Essex County Correctional Facility, according to authorities.
