A family in Ocean County caught video of a person they're calling the "Tiptoe Bandit" nabbing candy on Halloween.
In the video sent to News 12 New Jersey, a guy appears to sneak up and swipe an entire bowl of candy the family had left out for trick-or-treaters.
The family tells News 12 New Jersey they had left the bowl out in an effort to try the "honor-system" as they went trick-or-treating with their 9-year-old son. They say they're quite upset about a bunch of missing Butterfingers.
