A minor, slow-speed derailment of a New Jersey Transit train could impact the Friday morning commute.
NJ Transit officials say that Train 435 from Hoboken to Gladstone derailed around 7:30 p.m. as it was pulling into the Gladstone yard at the end of its run. There were no passengers on board and no injuries were reported.
Passengers using the Morris and Essex Line trains may see some residual delays Friday morning.
Commuters should check New Jersey Transit’s Twitter and website for updates.
