A multivehicle crash left several people injured Friday in Port Chester, according to police.

First responders say it involved a tractor trailer on 287 East near Exit 11.

The crash was deemed a mass casualty incident due to the number of victims.

At least one person was trapped inside their vehicle following the impact.

Those involved were hospitalized for treatment.
