A case that involved Eli Manning memorabilia will not be going to trial after both sides came to terms just before jury selection would have begun.
The case surrounded claims that Manning and the New York Giants supplied memorabilia dealer Eric Inselberg with fake game-worn helmets and jerseys.
A joint statement from lawyers says the settlement denies any wrongdoing by Manning and the Giants.
The terms were not disclosed.
