Cleanup is underway after a school bus caught on fire in front of Middletown High School North.
When fire crews arrived on the scene shortly after 7 a.m., flames were shooting from engine all the way to the back of the bus.
Helfrich bus company tells News 12 the driver reported a mechanical issue and got the students off the bus.
According to Helfrich, the driver was in the process of transferring them to another bus when it caught on fire.
Nobody was hurt.
While the bus was burning, the school was evacuated out of precaution.
