10h agoThe Salvation Army says it is desperately in need of more toy donations to help meet its goal and provide gifts to thousands of kids.
The organization set up its annual toy shop in Newark on Thursday. The space is being transformed into Santa's toy shop and winter wonderland.
Families will be able to walk through and choose gifts for their children on Dec. 16.
Officials say the number of families who need help this year has grown.
